R150.00 Entry per Quad

A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure bookings. Please phone for banking details. The deposit slip can be faxed to: 086-683-6797.

The deposit will not be refundable, should guests fail to arrive, or if the booking is cancelled within 72 hours of your expected arrival.

The full amount is required when bookings are made less than seven days before arrival date.

If no deposit is received within 3 working days to secure the reservation, the booking will be presented to other potential clients.

The balance to be paid on arrival. Sorry cash only no cheque or credit card facilities available.

A R200-00 key deposit is required on arrival, and will only be refunded after the chalet/bushcamp has been checked for damages/losses. Any small items damaged, broken or lost will be deducted from the key deposit.
